Growing up on the mean streets of suburban Washington DC can be tough. Just ask OCP, the mastermind who founded White Chocolate. This dynamic duo debuted in Winter 1998, opening for local D.C. band GUM! They had 3 songs: W.C. Intro, Feel The Fury and Incognito Ho. Their portion of the night’s festivities lasted less then 7 minutes, but the audience was perplexed. These days O.C.P. is so in sync with Koe that you would almost think they were some kind of crazy-ass two-headed hip-hop mutant. And the rhymes are so fly that you just can’t help but blow up, dawg.
